Warilda Street

The original parcel of land was 1,224m2 over 2 titles. The owners wished to stay in the home located towards to the front of the property and build townhouses on the rear of the property to sell.

Privium Consult was engaged to manage all phases of the development process for the client. Working closely with them, a concept design of three luxury townhouses was created which maximised the use of the space.

In close consultation with a Town Planner, engineer and our inhouse drafting team, the development application was approved for Reconfiguration of Lot (ROL) and Material Change of Use (MCU) was achieved as was the Operational Works application that followed.

Client took the opportunity to take advantage of being able to work with Privium through all stages of their project. Privium Civil was engaged to do the civil works, preparing the site for Privium Homes to construct the townhouses.
