Suez Street

Original parcel of land was 844m2 in size with a lowset home. Zoned as Low-Medium Residential, a development approval was attained to demolish the house and subdivide into 2 x 422m2 lots. 

This site had a 3.5m slope from back to front of the site consequently we had to adapt the house designs to maximize the space whilst minimising the site preparation costs. A split level 4 bedroom, double lock-up garage design was created and constructed on each new lot. Reverse living designs chosen to make the most of the available city views. 

The site was only cut enough to allow for the construction of the house and still provide a sizeable back yard. Landscaped retaining walls and garden created to compliment the site presented.

We worked with a local sales agent to sell properties. Both were sold within a short timeframe.
